✧ BOOKING SOFTWARE & APPOINTMENT POLICIES ✧

✧ TO SEE AVAILABLE TIMES AND DATES, select “BOOK NOW” on Vagaro in the service description. You will be asked to have a card on file but you will not be charged until the end of your service. Book Now will activate any specials for the month and they will be applied to your appointment.

“ADD TO CART” will allow you to purchase the service and enhancements for use at a later date. Monthly specials will not be applied to these pre purchased services.

✧ If you have set yourself up as a Soma Massage client on Vagaro and can not book, I apologize for the hassle! Every booking software has it’s struggles and this one is not exempt.

Please email me ( SomaSeattle@gmail.com ) and let me know the date, time, and service that you would like to book. I will add it on my end right away and you will get an email notification. I do my best to respond asap -unless I am in a service.

✧ If you booked an appointment and do not see the confirmation emails there is a very good chance that you have turned off the notifications in your Vagaro profile. You are responsible for the time you booked regardless of whether or not you see the confirmation email and you will be charged for the time.

✧ GIFT CARDS ✧

To purchase a gift card, head over to the Gift Card tab on Vagaro. Choose the service and enhancements from the pull down menu. You can schedule when the gift will be sent. Be sure to send the Gift Card to the email address that the recipient uses for their Vagaro account so it can be applied to their service.

No worries if they do not yet have a Vagaro account. They will make one when they sign up for the service they have been gifted.

✧ HAVE A GIFT CARD AND WONDERING ABOUT SCHEDULING ✧

Head over to Vagaro using the links provided at the top of the homepage. Set up your Vagaro account if you do not yet have one. Select BOOK NOW to see the available times and dates. Select the service that you are receiving and schedule. Though you are asked to have a credit card on file to book the service, it will not be charged. The Gift Certificate assigned to the email address you used to sign up will be charged at the end of service.

✧ RUNNING LATE, RESCHEDULE, WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

or CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ✧

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, please text me at the number listed in your appointment confirmation email to give me a heads up.

If I do not hear from you within 20 minutes of your appointment start time, your service will be canceled and you will be charged at 100% for a No Call No Show.

RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT: The booking software is self serve. There is no need to call or text me to let me know that you need to reschedule or cancel, I will see your updates on my end. It is your responsibility to manage your appointments.

WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS – Let me know you’re running late and give me and eta on your arrival. We will make the most of the time you have left. The move is announced in the service description during booking, on the header and footer of the website, on Instagram, on the business description page of the booking software, on Google Maps, and in your appointment confirmation email – I have made every effort to let you know how to find me. I cannot offer additional time or a reschedule. The service will be charged as booked.

✧ APPOINTMENT POLICIES & DECORUM ✧

Cancellations/Refunds/Reschedule are not available within 120 hours of the booked service time. You will be charged at 100% for the service time you reserved.

I can not offer additional time to make up for a late start or reschedule once the service time begins. Please plan for Seattle traffic, Metro delays, Construction, Farmers Market and Parking accordingly.

Rude/lewd language and/or behavior is not tolerated. Your service will end and you will be charged in full.

I reserve the right to terminate the service at any time with full payment due at the time of the scheduled service.

Late arrivals, Last Minute Cancellation and No Shows, regardless of date of booking, are charged at the full service price. 

I do not do abdominal work or intra oral work.

Both men and women will be fully draped from mid thigh to collarbone while supine and glutes are completely covered while prone throughout the entire service.

✧ SERVICE TIMES ✧

Please arrive no less than 5 minutes PRIOR to your service time. This will allow you time to use the rest room and to do your intake – where we will review your goals for the service and confirm the service time and enhancements. Hands on service time for Massage runs from the scheduled start time to 5 minutes prior to your end time. The remaining 5 minutes allows you time to come back, grab a sip of water, and get dressed.

Service enhancements are priced to be included in the scheduled service time and do not add additional time to your service.
