To see available times, select BOOK NOW in the service description on Vagaro. You will be asked to have a card on file, but you will not be charged until the end of your service. Monthly specials are automatically applied when you book this way.
ADD TO CART pre-purchases a service for use at a later date. Monthly specials do not apply to pre-purchased services.
If you have an existing Soma Massage client account on Vagaro and are unable to book, email me at SomaSeattle@gmail.com with the date, time, and service you’d like. I’ll add it on my end and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
✧ YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ✧
You are responsible for managing your appointments, memberships, and account settings. I am a solo practitioner without front desk support. Please book, cancel, reschedule, and manage your subscription with care — I am unable to offer exceptions based on missed renewals, unread confirmation emails, or account settings you have not maintained.
✧ CONFIRMATIONS ✧
If you don’t see your confirmation email, check that notifications are enabled in your Vagaro profile. You are responsible for the appointment time you booked regardless of whether you receive a confirmation email.
✧ PREPAYMENTS & CREDITS ✧
All prepayments are non-refundable. Once a service is prepaid, the transaction is final. Credits are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 3 months of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.
✧ RELAXATION RITUAL SUBSCRIPTION ✧
The Relaxation Ritual Subscription auto-renews monthly. The monthly window starts on the day you purchase, not the calendar month. You may pause or cancel at any time through Vagaro. This package cannot be shared, does not roll over, and is non-refundable once charged. As noted above, you are fully responsible for managing your subscription — please know your renewal date.
✧ GIFT CARDS ✧
Purchase gift cards through the Gift Card tab on Vagaro. Select the service and enhancements, then schedule delivery to the recipient’s Vagaro email address. If they don’t have a Vagaro account yet, they’ll create one when they book.
✧ LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS ✧
Running late: Text me at the number in your confirmation email. If I don’t hear from you within 20 minutes of your start time, your appointment will be canceled and charged at 100%.
Wrong address: Text me your ETA and we’ll make the most of the remaining time. I cannot offer additional time or a reschedule. The service is charged as booked.
Canceling or rescheduling: The booking software is self-serve — no need to contact me. You are responsible for managing your own appointments.
Cancellation window: Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are not available within 120 hours of your appointment. The full service fee will be charged.
✧ LATE-WINDOW REBOOKING ✧
If you are within the 120-hour cancellation window and would like to reschedule rather than cancel, the following applies:
- The full cost of your original service is charged immediately at the time of rescheduling and applied as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment.
- A 25% rescheduling fee (based on the original service price) is charged immediately and is non-refundable.
- Each appointment may only be rescheduled once under this policy. If the rescheduled appointment is subsequently canceled or rescheduled for any reason, the credit is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
✧ APPOINTMENT DECORUM ✧
Please arrive no fewer than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to use the restroom and complete your intake. Hands-on service time runs from your scheduled start to 5 minutes before your end time. Service enhancements are included within your scheduled time and do not add additional time.
Rude or lewd language and behavior will not be tolerated. Your service will end and you will be charged in full. I reserve the right to terminate any service at any time, with full payment due.
I do not perform abdominal or intra-oral work. All clients are fully draped from mid-thigh to collarbone while supine; glutes are completely covered while prone throughout the entire service.
